GS&A Announces Rebrand: Alpine Development Collaborative

A new name for a new chapter

The new Alpine Development Collaborative logo features the sun rising over a silhouette of the Three Sisters mountains. The lower half depicts a cityscape with six apartment buildings, one of which has the lights on, welcoming its residents home.

We are excited to announce the launch of our new brand: Alpine Development Collaborative. The rebrand was inspired by the beauty of the Oregon landscape and reflects our heart for the Pacific Northwest region. The core of our mission remains the same—to reduce poverty by supporting projects that increase access to affordable housing, education, and nutritional opportunities.

Collaboration is at the heart of our mission. We work closely with local and state housing authorities and agencies, nonprofit organizations, private developers, and other parties to realize our shared vision of improving communities and changing lives.

Founded in 1993 as Geller Silvis & Associates, Alpine is a woman-owned, affordable housing consulting firm headquartered in Oregon with a presence across the West Coast. We are excited to step into this next chapter as we continue to help our partners find creative solutions to complex challenges.
